How much does TrackScore™ cost?▾

Your first analysis is free when you create an account. After that, single analyses cost $2.99. Credit packs offer savings: a 3-Pack is $7.99 ($2.66 each) and a 10-Pack is $24.99 ($2.50 each). Monthly subscriptions range from $9.99/mo (5 analyses) to $39.99/mo (100 analyses) with credits that roll over up to 3x your monthly allocation.

What audio formats does TrackScore™ support?▾

TrackScore™ accepts lossless audio (WAV, AIFF, FLAC) and MP3 files up to 200 MB. For best results, upload a high-quality WAV or AIFF file of your final mixdown or pre-master.

Is my audio stored on your servers?▾

No. TrackScore.AI™ uses zero-storage audio processing. Your audio file is streamed directly to the analysis engine, processed entirely in memory, and immediately discarded after analysis. No audio files are ever written to disk or stored. Only the numerical analysis results and metadata are saved to your account.

Do TrackScore™ credits expire?▾

Credit packs (Single, 3-Pack, 10-Pack) never expire — buy now, use whenever. Monthly subscription credits roll over up to 3x your plan's monthly allocation, so a Pro subscriber (20 credits/month) can bank up to 60 credits before the cap kicks in.

What's the welcome offer for new accounts?▾

Your first analysis is free when you create an account — no credit card required. New accounts also unlock a one-time welcome offer: a 3-Pack at $4.99 (instead of $7.99), a 10-Pack at $14.99 (instead of $24.99), or 50% off your first month on any subscription. Can I get a refund?▾

Yes — email hello@trackscore.ai within 7 days of purchase if you're unhappy and we'll refund unused credits. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals immediately; you keep any unused credits through the end of the current billing period.
